We first met Diane as a referral 23 years ago when she helped us find and purchase our first Florida home. Every year she kept in touch and when it came time to find a new home there was only 1 person we contacted because we knew she would be great. We gave Diane our list of needs for the new home and although our first few offers were not accepted, we didn’t get frustrated. Eventually we found our dream home and she helped us navigate through the initial offer and inspection periods. Our offer was accepted by the seller. Even though we did not make the sale of our home a contingency on the new home, Diane was confident she could sell our first home quickly so we could use the proceeds on the new purchase. Well, things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. After 30 showings in 1 weekend, we received 25 offers with almost all of them over ask with many having no contingencies. We sold our house after only 3 days on the market. Diane helped us navigate the financing details with the lender and the title companies in order to do a simultaneous close on both homes. Everything closed with no issues! Diane is smart, responsive, and she kept us engaged throughout the process via phone calls, texts, and emails. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Diane to anyone who needs to sell or purchase their home.
