We actually almost bought a year ago, but had to withdraw our offer at the last minute. Well, another opportunity came along but we were 1300 miles away. Diane handled everything for us long distance from sending us a video of the property, noting the positives and negatives, to all the real estate transaction forms. She arranged to stand in for us during inspections, etc. We valued her expertise and professional opinion and so recently purchased our snowbird condo. Diane didn't stop with the purchase but helped us find an excellent and fair contractor, followed up with end details and came by just to make sure all was okay and to see if we had any concerns. We are thankful she kept with us through the ups and downs and the result of her excellent knowledge and caring attitude is that we now have the winter condo we had dreamed of for so many years.
