When a house came on the market in a development she knew we were interested in, she had us bid on it quickly, advising us on what price to begin our offer and what she thought it would eventually sell for. We got the house, having the first and best offer. She has continued to guide us with recommendations for painters, handymen, electricians, etc., all of whom met our expectations.
