Going the Extra Mile

For the last 18 months, we've had the pleasure of working with Diane and Jules on both sides of the real estate equation. Not only did they guide us through selling our longtime family home in the Pasadena area, but also helped us find the perfect local condo (after we decided to downsize). Yes, they're both knowledgeable; yes, they're great in anticipating our needs; and yes, they were always available whenever we needed their assistance. But in addition to all this, Diane and Jules always went above and beyond. They showed up to every appointment armed with the latest listing information; they previewed homes for us, even when we weren't onsite or even in the same state; they worked with us in suggestions for preparations needed in selling the house, and then followed through in implementing those fixes. Always on call, always smart - and the nicest team you'll ever meet, Diane and Jules are something special in the real estate market.
