I greatly appreciate Diane. My Mom's home was in a trust with a reverse mortgage and upon her death my siblings decided no one was interested. We just walk away as instructed by the bank. Weeks before foreclosure and the sheriff's sale that same group of siblings decided STOP we'll sell the home ourselves.Let me add at this point the house is in Michigan and the majority of my siblings live out of state. Everyone is saying Denise get a realtor NOW. Calling Diane as realtor was my best move. She worked with me, my attorney, house painters, other tradesmen and my siblings both near and far. Never had I sold a house. Diane explained forms, where and how to get forms, the why's and why not. She offered advise on how to improve the appearance of the house at a bare minimum cost. I didn't mind doing the work because I trusted her advise and suggestions. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She did a fabulous and I cannot thank her enough.
