Since 2008, Diane has been my agent in three purchases, two residential and one commercial properties. In every purchase process, Diane used her rich and thorough experience and arranged the best inspections to protect buyer's=my interest effectively. In 2012, I missed my bid of a commercial property on Magazine street in which Diane represented me; so I skipped her in purchasing another commercial property in Metairie a few years later. Without Diane, I fell in a deep trap of that Metairie property due to Fat City parking lot requirements. The agent did not tell me about it and did not take any responsibility for omission. To solve the problem, it took me a lot of money for construction change and 2.5 years. This was a lesson that let me realize how precious a trustable, experienced agent like Diane is. In 2025, Diane represented me in a residential property purchase again and helped me get a very very good deal by using her resources effectively.
