We found Diane through a home builder, she is very good with communicating and excellent with answering any questions or concerns we had. I honestly haven't sold another home and bought a new home before so I didn't know what to expect. She definitely calmed me down multiple times and helped me figure out everything. My only complaint is that she was quiet sometimes but in all honesty I think I just didn't know what to expect and maybe I myself could be a little bit anxious and was being unrealistic with my expectations so that's not a true fault. Diane is excellent with communicating and answering my questions any time I reached out. She even cut get commission to help us out with getting what we needed which was great and she really didn't need to do that. She recommended a lender who is awesome and excellent even if we ended up going through the builders lender. For us selling our house was an emotional nightmare without sleeping and eating for weeks but in the end it all came through and worked out. I appreciate Diane she's truly a good person and she got our house sold in time to move into our new home
First time seller, so I was not sure how it was going to go. Thankfully Diane was there to help sell the home quickly (within a week) and find the most suitable candidate for the space.
