The first day it went on the market we had four offers with two being cash. Everything was so quick and easy, we closed within 3 weeks! I experienced her skills when I asked her to be my agent to assist with the sale of my home last Summer. At the initial meeting she already had comps to use to determine a listing price. Based on that information she encouraged me to select a price I liked but expecting any potential buyer to offer less. She prepared and emailed what I would call a "teaser listing" that went to other brokers. The actual MLS listing went out four days later. There were two showing that day, and one of the showings produced an offer for $5,500 more than the listing price. I accepted that offer and closed in less than three weeks. I couldn't have asked for better results.
