Diane helped me navigate the purchase my home in Charlottesville (Nov 2016) and was fantastic. She met with me on Sundays as I toured homes until I found the perfect one. She knows the locals regs and knows who to contact with any questions, concerns, updates, etc. She was also responsive and did a great job of keeping in touch with the seller's agent who was less than responsive and less than organized. Dealing with the seller's agent was a constant struggle and I appreciated everything Diane did on my behalf. I would not hesitate to hire Diane again or to recommend her to anyone purchasing in the 22901 or surrounding area.
