She found me a great mortgage broker; she had referrals for tradespeople when I needed them. She made sure I stayed on track with my tasks and when the seller's agent was being difficult, she dealt with it so I didn't have to. She was available at inconvenient times when I needed to work around my job hours. She came through when I needed hand-holding.

In January 2022 Diane was able to sell our home without any issues on her part. From the time we choose her she was fully committed and dedicated to achieving the sale of our home. The experience she brought to us was undeniable and her commitment and quality of work was displayed the moment we sat down together and started our paperwork. Diane is knowledgeable on the property that I wanted to look at, very organized and with contacting people in a timely manner also keeping up with paper work and thorough.
