A Perfect Agent

Selling a house can be an emotional, stressful, time-consuming undertaking, and Diane Campbell guided us through every single aspect of it with expert knowledge, confident professionalism, and compassion. She was perfect. Our process had just about all of the hurdles you could think of for a house sale: quirky comps, inspection and remediation difficulties, demanding buyers, complicated paperwork and, not the least of it, a deeply emotional attachment to our family home. Diane handled all of those things - every single thing. She had a plan for everything and executed each one perfectly. Diane figured out how to price a house with virtually no comps in the area, staged the home beautifully and ran a great showing. Her work with the eventual buyers was masterful - she seemed to know exactly when to negotiate a compromise and when to stand firm. And she helped us to navigate a very difficult inspection process that could have derailed the entire deal - she kept everyone focused and calm. I am certain that we could not have gotten from listing to closing without her. Diane was - and is - everything we could have wanted in an agent: fiercely intelligent, vastly knowledgeable, doggedly determined, honest and loyal.
