Diane is very good at her job at finding a house. She definitely listens to what you would like and goes beyond the call of duty to find what you're looking for. She definitely cares about her clients and makes you feel very welcome and I can say I am proud to have her as a friend.
Diane was fantastic, she sold our house in less than 3 weeks. She took care of everything, all I had to do was pack our belongings. This was the 3rd house we have sold and it was the easiest deal we have done. You will not regret using her for your real estate needs.

Moreover, I would say she is ethical and in-depth in all tasks involved in buying a home. She always promptly called back, followed up with everything she promised, and answer all questions we had; which was quite a bit! She assured us of procedures and would even go far and beyond for us; for example, she even PICKED UP AIRPORT, to go view some homes of interest. I felt she did the best an agent could. Diane is also diligent and tech savvy. The market was fluctuating; home prices were increasing at a fast rate and selling fast as well. She would go to the homes of our interest and VIDEO HOMES PRIOR TO having us travel to view the homes, providing us a candid view of homes interests and she did all the leg work. She communicated with us by telling/explaining each step in the process. She developed a rapport and communicated effectively with escrow, seller's agent, and our loan officer. She also helped us with inspectors, and helped us get important things on the home we were looking to buy. She worked around our schedule and made us feel WE WERE HER TOP PRIORITY! Diane worked around the clock; at various times replying in evening hours via calls, text and emails, after 5pm! She always quickly replied to our significantly frequent questions, emails, calls, and text message we sent her. She likewise replied to my daughter's many correspondences. Excellent multitasking! She explained how we could get the best possible deal and did it for us! She is so Smart and Business savvy! Diane was outstanding!
