Diane sometimes overwhelmed me with information! She had numbers and comparables for me to look at. She gave me weekly updates. She gave me names of people to contact for various “fixes” that I needed to make. When I couldn’t seem to get responses or get things done, she stepped up and took care of it. In addition to this, she let me use her trailer to temporarily store some things. I think she went above and beyond, she is the only realtor that has ever helped me with the actual packing and even furnished some boxes! I would not hesitate to recommend her.
