I relocated to Chelan from Seattle in 2005, earned my real estate license in 2006 and my Managing Broker license in 2010. I quickly fell in love with the close-knit nature of the greater Lake Chelan Valley — a place where relationships matter, community is strong, and year-round recreation is right outside your door. I’m also one of the fortunate moms whose adult children chose to build their lives here, giving me the joy of watching my grandchildren grow up in this incredible valley. That personal connection deepens my appreciation for the lifestyle and long-term value our area provides.
A self-described statistics enthusiast, I go far beyond automated valuations to provide thoughtful, in-depth analysis tailored to our unique local market. As a dedicated continuing education advocate, I stay current in this ever-evolving profession to better serve my clients. Clients value my clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex transactions while negotiating favorable terms that keep their real estate journey smooth and successful.
My commitment to this community extends beyond real estate. I proudly serve as Board President of Lake Chelan Valley Habitat for Humanity, Founding Board Member of Chelan Valley Housing Trust, and am an active member of Lake Chelan Rotary Club and the North Central Washington Association of Realtors Lake Chelan Council.
Guiding both buyers and sellers through the purchase or sale of their property isn’t simply my profession — it’s a responsibility and privilege I value deeply.
