I was moving down from the mountains to the Denver area, and not being too familiar wasn't sure where I wanted to live. Diane went the extra mile and showed me lots of different areas, got to know me, and determine what I was really looking for. She even previewed many places when I wasn't able to drive down from the mountains. I quickly learned how extremely difficult the buyers market is in Denver right now! She found me the perfect place that I absolutely love, and love the location and area, and the icing on the cake was that we got the first place we wrote an offer on! Which I hear nightmares of people writing 8 to 10 offers and still not getting something. She also has a pretty solid knowledge of inspection issues and construction in general. I would use Diane again in a heartbeat!
