She was just a wonderful person to work with, always positive and so funny but most importantly nice and supportive for us to find our dream home!! She did everything in her power to allow us to get the house we been dreaming off, even through the stressful parts she was a very great supportive person and we really appreciate her!!

Diane represented us during a new construction build and also listed and sold our home. She helped us navigate the ins and outs of new construction and made sure our interests were at the forefront, fighting for us every step of the way through the entire build process. She was always on top of things, making sure the builder was addressing our concerns and helped setup both our closing on the purchase of our new home and sale of our old to ensure the smoothest timing possible. She checked in with the city and permits and made sure everything was running and taken care of to the highest standards. I would not recommend buying a new construction build without representation and Diane made sure we had the best possible. She is super responsive both with email and text, always going above and beyond to help us and answer any of our many questions. She helped give us advice to prepare our home for sale, hired the best photographer to make our home shine and made beautiful brochures of the home as well. Our home sold within days of hitting the market with multiple offers. Diane works hard and does everything she can to educate and make the process as smooth as possible.

Diane is a dream to work with! Everything said in past reviews is spot on. You really do feel that she cares about you and finding you the house that you really want. Diane was always on top of things from the very beginning to the very end. I couldn't have been luckier to find Diane!
