Diane Kelly helped us find our new home as well as sell our existing house. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted in a new home. She helped us prepare a reasonable offer on our new house based on comparable sales in the neighborhood to ensure we did not over pay. For our existing home, we had to do some improvements. Diane helped guide us in what to replace so that we did not over-invest in these improvements. She recommended a handyman that was able to get the work done and get the house ready for sale. We listed our house for sale and we had several offers and a signed contract in under 12 hours. I highly recommend Diane.
