"Diane Hyland is a Bird Dog!" I gave her this nickname the first day she started looking for us a home in Florida. Once she began her search, she NEVER gave up on the challenge of finding the PERFECT home for my wife and me. I expected a move-in ready location, and she hunted and hunted until our dreams were fulfilled. Hence, the nickname Bird Dog! My wife and I could not have made the transition without her as our Relator! Diane's knowledge of the real estate market made all of our transactions go very smoothly. We are computer illiterate , and she took us step by step through every inch of our paperwork. Think about THAT ! We were living in West Virginia while Diane did ALL of the work from Florida.
