We were buying while still in North Carolina and she was was always there when we needed her. She kept us updated every step of the way throughout the whole process. Diane was an exceptional partner to have in the purchase of our property. We were dealing with an exceedingly difficult Seller who was selling their property themselves. We originally talked with them two years ago and opted to pass on the opportunity at that time. Diane spent the next year patiently sending us other opportunities, setting up viewings, and providing her perspective on the market. Eventually, we circled back to the original property and found that Diane had stayed in contact with the Seller periodically as she had the instinct we would come back to that opportunity. As such, picking up the negotiation was seamless. As a result of the Seller not retaining his own realtor, Diane had to carefully provide feedback and insights to keep the process moving forward while not offending a delicate personality. The process fell apart a few times, but Diane had the experience and perspective to see through the hurt feelings, frustration, and anger of both sides to find a workable deal for all parties. This was no easy feat and only somebody with her extensive experience and perspective to see "the forest through the trees" could have got it done. Finally, Diane always kept our family's interest top of mind. She always provided her honest opinion, even if it meant that a potential commission would be lower or take longer to come to fruition. It is a level of dedication and honesty that I have seldom seen in a realtor partner. The level of trust that I have in Diane is enormous. In summary, I cannot recommend Diane highly enough. She has the experience and perspective to get things done. Additionally, she is unfailingly loyal in a space where a trustworthy partner is hard to come by. Diane is the best.
