Diane is a knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient agent with a warm personality that made the whole purchase experience stress-free and enjoyable for me and my family. My daughters (14, 16) were very engaged in the process and they looked forward to every outing with Ms.Diane because she always came prepared, she quickly learned and adjusted to our likes and dislikes and she was always quick to turn any glitch into a learning/laughing experience.
