Office manager Diane Guercio began her career at a RE/MAX brokerage in Groton and is excited to be part of the genesis of RE/MAX Liberty. We chose our name to honor our founders, David and Anne La Liberty who contributed so much to real estate and caring for clients in our area. Diane is excited to share RE/MAX Liberty's tech tools with local agents and to leverage the strength of our brand in marketing our listings.
Diane also works for buyers and sellers to help coordinate the most comprehensive real estate marketing plan and transaction assistance in the area. She believes that online marketing combined with traditional forms of advertising will sell homes faster, and is excited about the technology that RE/MAX provides.
Diane knows how emotion-filled and challenging the buying and selling process is, as she recently sold her home in Shirley and down-sized to a ranch in Templeton, which she shares with four rescue dogs!
Diane is a licensed real estate sales associate, and brings years of experience with transaction management to the table. In addition to transactions and marketing, you may see her in the field at your open house, appraisals, and home inspections. She is e-Pro certified, has completed the At Home With Diversity and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) certifications, and has earned the Commitment to Excellence Endorsement.
