When we bought a piece of land, even though it wasn't a huge commission for her, she personally helped me with all kinds of due diligence with engineers and city hall to make sure we could build a house on it before we closed escrow. We then built a house on that land and sold our current house, but we sold before the new house was finished. She did an excellent job ensuring we sold at the right time for a good price, while keeping terms in the contract that allowed us to stay in our current house until the new house was finished. We are very happy with Angela and Diane Frank realtors and she will be the first person we call if we need a new house again in the future.
