We became aware of Diane's real estate connection early on, as she sent interesting mailers out to us, I believe, from about the day we moved into our house 19 years ago. I had always thought that she certainly would be a person I would contact if ever we wanted to buy or sell real estate. Working with her as buyers, she was energetic, creative, and attentive to detail. Nothing got by her. She listened. Diane was persistent in making sure that all paperwork was accurate and complete. Diane did everything to make this transaction a simple one for us including continuous follow through on repairs to the house, getting us access to the house for an estimate by our contractor, and making sure that on a hot day in July when we took title that the main breaker for the house was turned back on so that we had A/C when we got the keys. We are satisfied clients!
