Goes out of her way to be available. Answers all questions. Suggests alternate solutions to any problems. Provided auxilliary assistance to improve any troublesome areas prio4 to home sale. Explains why final selling price less than what I had hoped but consistent with realistic expectations. Personable, friendly, reliable.
