My wife and I were moving over 3 hours away, so once we were able to move out, Diane handled everything related to our home selling process including staging and other pre-closing events like electrical repairs and cleaning services. She definitely helped make our former house look its best and sell reasonably quickly even in a slower market. Definitely recommended, especially if you need an agent that can handle the seller being out of town.
