Diane sold two of our houses for us within about 2-3 years. When we told her the kind of house and neighborhood we were looking for, she tirelessly searched and found us exactly what we wanted. During the process of putting our houses up for sale, she guided us every step of the way and explained everything in wonderful detail. If we needed any work done on anything before a sale was complete, she gave us great suggestions of people who could help us out. She made sure amazing pictures were taken of our houses, and she advertised it on many different sites and real estate venues. The first house she sold for us sold in a day and a half! The second house sold within 2 weeks! During negotiation processes, she guided us through every part. She made sure we were always treated fairly and given the best deal. She has tremendous expertise, and she does everything in her power to protect her clients and see to their every need. She is always available when questions come up, and she does all the can to help her clients. Even after the selling and/or purchasing experiences are complete, she continues to check in and offer her help with anything that may arise. She is absolutely the BEST! I wish there we more than 5 stars to rate Diane because she is better than a 5 star! From taking the time to LISTEN to our family's wants and needs in a home, to showing us multiple homes on a Sunday afternoon because we were coming out of town and it was the only day we had to find a home, to dealing with a not so pleasant seller, to her negotiating skills all while staying friendly and professional when it came to me freaking out at times. She even continued to help us months after the sale was completed because she cares about her clients way more than them just being a transaction. I would never work with another realtor because I know I would be disappointed. There is no other realtor quite like Diane! Thank you for all you have done for our family!
