From the moment this project began Diane was on top of it. She was excellent at communication, real estate knowledge and the negotiating. She was also kind, respectful and easy to express concerns too. Our family has different types of personalities and Diane was able to adjust hers to fit our needs. We appreciated her professionalism yet also made us feel like she was always looking out for our best interest. I don’t believe this is the norm in the real estate industry.
