Omg, Diane was amazing! Anything that could’ve gone wrong did go wrong but Duane was there to pick up the pieces, right the wrongs, and fix any issues that came our way. And, she did it with class and calm. After this experience, she is definitely my go to person in anything real estate related. Buying and selling a home can be really stressful. I had an idea to upgrade my home and I was looking for something with a view. Diane was on it every step of the way. We found a house that I loved and I put in a contingent offer. It was accepted but only gave me 30 days to sell my current home, a house that was not yet ready to be on the market. This is where Diane's magic shined. She had my house staged and ready super quick, it went on the market and she sold it in 11 days! Diane communicated with me every step of the way. She was in regular contact with my lender to make sure everything was on track. Every road block that came up was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The entire process went so smoothly.
