Diane Burke is the best realtor I have ever had the privilege of working with. She not only found the perfect house for us, but did so in a market where houses that were in our price range and also met our needs were few and far between. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is not interested in just making a sale. She truly wants her clients to be happy with their new home!

We were lucky enough to get Diane through a relocation referral. From our first conversations with her, we knew we were going to like working with her. We did not know, though, that we would LOVE her until our first trip out to look for homes. Diane took our comments about neighborhoods and houses and was able to help quickly determine what we wanted. She showed us neighborhoods that she knew we would like (and we liked every one she picked out!), and from there, it was a matter of us picking the right house. She worked with the sellers' realtor to negotiate a great deal for us, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the process involved once we found The House. To top it all off, Diane has a wonderful personality--you spend a lot of time in a car with your Realtor, and I have to say that the best part of this whole process was getting to spend a few days with Diane riding around and looking at houses. Her patience and great sense of humor made what could have been a stressful process actually be a tremendous amount of fun! We aren't planning to move from this house for at least 5 years, but Diane Burke will be our listing agent when it's time for us to sell!!
