Being a first time home buyer, everything was new to me and I had so many questions about EVERYTHING... and Diane was in my corner every step of the way even when I felt like the housing market was against me. She was personable not just with me but with all of the other agents, the competition (other buyers), and sellers we interacted with. She was quick to point out all the facts of each home we toured and if she didn't know something I could count on her to find out for me. My family is looking at buying property in this area in the coming years, and I wouldn't recommend anyone but Diane!

Diane put together a terrific video for the property that showed off its unique assets and identified its unique features. Once a buyer indicated interest, Diane was very good about follow-up. Once an initial offer was made, there were several rounds of addenda, and several difficult conversations and negotiations with the potential buyer. Diane always maintained an optimistic attitude and a patient outlook while dealing with these challenges, which continued up to the initial closing date...and beyond. The property was sold at close to asking price and with several concessions on closing costs. All in all, a very good and satisfying outcome as a result of working with Diane Bumiller.
