I chose Diane over the internet. I had only a short time to find a home in an area I had never been. Diane responded to my internet request immediately and from that moment on, I didn’t have to worry about anything. She and her team, The Pickle Brigade, took care of everything. They videoed homes for sale and gave me virtual walk-throughs. When I finally flew to Prescott, they had a list of homes to show me. I found my home that first visit. You couldn’t find a more caring, hard-working real estate agent anywhere. She’s the best and her pickles are delicious!

Yes, caring and hard working! Diane and Randall care and listen to what you are looking for and then go out of their way to find exactly what you wanted!! They do all the research for you and supply you with a very thorough packet designed just for you while you look at each house! So glad we found them to help us create the life we were looking for when we moved here to Arizona.

Although it took about 2 years to find the home we wanted to retire in, Diane never gave up. She kept in touch and updated us on new properties on the market. Her upbeat and honest approach to our needs, far exceeded our expectations. She was always confident she would find us our retirement home, and she did. A true pleasure to work with.

Diane gave us an excellent overview of the specific areas we were interested in as well as a lovely meal! We felt as if we really got to know the lovely town of Prescott and made us more confident in making our big move. She and Randall make a great team.

If you are looking for a home in the Prescott area, turn to Diane & Randall Breaux. We found Diane & Randall on the internet when looking to to move to Prescott. They were there from start to finish: * They listened to what we wanted and found several homes for us to look at that were what WE desired and within our price range. They showed their expertise of the market. * They wrote an offer for us that met our needs and wishes. * They communicated with us during the entire process with continuous updates. * When complications occurred, they resolved them prmptly. * They met our needs for an on-time closing. But what surprised us next was their continued contact after closing. They truly want their clients to experience the friendliness of Prescott; they went above and beyond to introduce us to other clients in the area to develop new friendships! We can truly say this was the best real estate experience we have ever had. We are now proud to say, The Breaux's are our friends not our realtor!

I have bought and sold six homes in my lifetime, the first five in Southern CA. a very difficult market. When I decided to move to Prescott I was fortunate to find Diane and she worked patiently with me for two years until she found the perfect home for me. Of the first five homes I bought and sold there were numerous problems with the brokers because they weren't looking out for me, but only for there commissions. This is the first time I have worked with a real estate broker that was a smooth and problem free experience. They took care of everything including helping me to get an excellent mortgage. The only difficulty was signing all of the paperwork. You will do yourself a great favor by hiring them as your Real Estate Broker!

Dianne and her team are amazing. She does not give up and we thank her for that. She helped us realize our dream. Her tenacity, drive, warmth is beyond compare

Market Knowledge, Communication and Professionalism qualities were remarkable. Coming from out of the area, we relied heavily on her expertise and she didn't disappoint. We cant wait to begin building our retirement home on our beautiful lot. Thank you Diane.

Diane and her team were amazing...got us top dollar, took care of everything, provided great advice and support (and pickles)! Would definitely choose her and her team again!!

Diane and her husband were very helpful. The home was sold rapidly so we did not have a lot of need but she was helpful with the sale.

From start to finish Diane and the Pickle Brigade were there to make things happen in a timely manner. Shure there were bumps along the way, but Diane still made the process as smooth as possible and got us in our new home. Then they welcomed us to our new house in person, provided chairs while we were waiting on our furniture, brought us food, and just made sure that we were taken care of after the sale.

Our experience with Diane Breaux and her team was beyond our expectations. Attention to even the tiniest details was exemplary. We found our experience to be a very positive one and would recommend her to anyone interested in excellence in their real estate needs!
