Her background as co-owner and Broker-in-Charge of a boutique Maui real estate firm, Maui Paradise Properties, equipped her with a profound understanding of Hawaii’s rental markets, including vacation and long-term investments, and second-home ownership. She frequently guides clients through the intricacies of buying, selling, and managing properties in a market influenced by local regulations and global appeal.
Known for her empathetic yet strategic approach, Diane builds lasting relationships with her clients while using her expertise in contracts, marketing, and negotiation to deliver exceptional results. She leverages advanced technology and targeted strategies to showcase Maui properties to buyers both locally and beyond.
Prior to her career in real estate, Diane spent over a decade managing marketing and business development programs for some of the largest international law firms, honing her skills in client service and strategic thinking. Originally from Michigan, she has lived and worked in major cities like New York, London, and Chicago, giving her a broad perspective on the unique needs of buyers and sellers across diverse markets.
Since moving to Maui in 2015, Diane has embraced the island life and is deeply involved in her community. She serves on the PTO leadership team for Montessori School of Maui, the Maui Country Club's Membership Committee, and the Realtors Association of Maui Government Affairs Committee. She is a member of 100 Women Who Care, an organization that raises and distributes funds to non-profits across Maui, and a past member of the Valley Isle Chapter of Business Network International (BNI).
When she's not assisting clients, Diane enjoys cooking, playing tennis, surfing, exploring Maui’s beaches and hiking trails, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Bender. She also loves traveling and has fond memories of trips to Vietnam, Banff, Croatia, and Australia, among many others. Diane is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations.
