Diane Baxter has sold two homes for us and done an excellent job on both. The first home was my mom's and it was a very easy sell, one offer, accepted, closed. Our house was a bit different, multiple offers to wade through and Diane gave expert guidance through the hunt. There was a lot of time delay due to buyer's side but Diane stuck with it after I asked her to and she went above and beyond to do whatever it took to safeguard our house and keep it that way until it sold. We were living out of town by then and she kept an eye on the house and kept in touch with the neighbors too. I would strongly urge anyone thinking of buying or selling a house to call Diane Baxter.
