Once I made the difficult decision to sell my home of 16 years, the decision of selecting a realtor would be just as important. Spoke with 3 other realtors & I’m sure would have been able to sell my home. However, were they going to find a home for me or just a house. Diandre got to know me & what I was looking for a home, neighborhood where I felt comfortable & safe. More importantly my husband would approve of my choice of home & realtor. Diandre discussed pros & cons of each house we looked at. He never pushed me just to make a sale. He is professional, understands the industry, works tirelessly for his clients, and is very honest.   As a first time home buyer, my partner and I had a lot of questions and concerns about the entire process, especially due to the economic climate with Covid-19. Diandre was readily available to answer all our questions and I felt reassured knowing he had our best interest in mind.  As the search for our dream home began, he listened to all our likes and dislikes in order to tailor the searches to homes and areas we would truly enjoy. He was ecstatic to call and tell us about an area he thought we would love about an hour outside of Sacramento, and he was right! After only our 4th weekend of open houses we had found our dream home! Diandre assisted us quickly with creating an offer we were comfortable with and the sellers accepted the same day! He scheduled and was present for all inspections, driving the hour there and back, and we were able to close within the month.  I am so grateful we were able to work with Diandre, he was an absolute pleasure and made every step of the home buying process comfortable, exciting, and enjoyable.  10/10.

Diandre was extremely helpful and gave great guidance in selling my father's house who had recently passed away. His knowledge of pricing and the little things that help to sell a house along with a great open house and great photos assisted in a quick sale (sold within one month). We greatly appreciate all the Diandre did and look forward to working with him again in the future.
