Dianca Downs is a Realtor, who is dedicated to excellent customer service and helping individuals and families in the areas of buying, selling, investing, and leasing.
Before starting a real estate business, Dianca spent fifteen years as a Cosmetologist working for corporations and eventually venturing out to open her own salon. After five years as a successful salon owner, Dianca is now applying the customer service skills that she has learned over the years to completing real estate transactions.
Dianca enjoys traveling and giving back to the community by volunteering on Tuesdays with "Life's Daily Bread Food Pantry" located in Brooklyn, Maryland. With every transaction completed Dianca donates a portion of her proceeds to feed families and the homeless community in Brooklyn.
