I have know Diana Ybarra for over 20 years and have on occasion recomended her to people I know for real estate transactions. <br/><br/>I always received positive feed back. <br/><br/>I personally used Diana when I listed my house home with her. My home was 7713 El Verano drive Bakersfield California. I listed the property with her and sold it with her. This was about about 5 or 6 years ago. <br/><br/>The market was already starting to collapse. <br/><br/>At the time I thought she gave me good advice on the listing price and on making the sale when I had a genuinely interested buyer.
