Communication was excellent. Understood the market very well. Helped with negotiation - real ‘go-getters’ for sure! Maintained professionalism and still remained ‘neighborly’.
There’s a lot to talk about so we will only talk about things that are important first and most important the real estate agent that handles the open houses and showing the house to potential buyers was very experienced and knowledgeable and handling buyers looking to purchase this house. A real estate firm is a very experienced, and the only thing they focused on was to get this house sold. and for me to move on with my life, which they did so professionally, the real estate team, a pleasure to work with, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to sell or buy property in the state of Florida.
