I called Diana when a house came on the market on a Sunday morning that we knew was not going to last a day. She got us an appointment that afternoon and because of that we were able to buy the house. She text us 10pm that night to tell us our offer had been accepted. She is patient and knowledgeable. This was our first time buying a house and she explained everything. She checked in often before the closing to see how things were going. Diana is so friendly and made the process much easier with her knowledge and support.
