Diana was very helpful and walked me through the process step by step. She was looking out for my best interest at all times. - Diana stayed on top of things as we went through the process step by step. Her expertise and experience made me very comfortable through out a process that I am not familiar with. She took time to answer my questions and offered additional information as needed to keep me informed through out the process.
