Diana appeared to have a good understanding of the local housing market before, during and after COVID pandemic. She communicated regularly and responded to our enquiries (from long distance) about homes that were available online and we were interested in. When in Florida to see homes onsite, she displayed being proactive by showing us more homes to compare with the home we were interested in.
