My situation was a little different in the fact that I live out of state. She went out of her way for me. Diana ended up representing me, the seller as well as the buyers. She kept the playing field fair and represented me well. Diana knew what my end was with the expenses and story and kept that in mind when negotiating my deal. She was and is very professional. Diana is an excellent sales person . Her personality is pleasant to work with. The sale of my home was in April or May of ‘24. The market was beginning to slow down in Florida as the snow birds were heading north and visitors were not many. But she kept working I had moved to N H so she was excellent at keeping me informed. Her personality is so pleasant. She was very helpful informing us on the paperwork and the progress of the sale. Then came the hurricane. She checked on the property before the storm reached shore from the Gulf and made any improvements to tighten down the loser things.

This was the easiest home purchase ever. Being out of state buyers Diana made this purchase effortless. She was very thorough explaining every step of the purchase process and what we needed to do.
