Diana is an excellent sales person . Her personality is pleasant to work with. The sale of my home was in April or May of ‘24. The market was beginning to slow down in Florida as the snow birds were heading north and visitors were not many. But she kept working I had moved to N H so she was excellent at keeping me informed. Her personality is so pleasant. She was very helpful informing us on the paperwork and the progress of the sale. Then came the hurricane. She checked on the property before the storm reached shore from the Gulf and made any improvements to tighten down the loser things.

This was the easiest home purchase ever. Being out of state buyers Diana made this purchase effortless. She was very thorough explaining every step of the purchase process and what we needed to do. Even dealing with back-to-back hurricanes she stayed in constant contact with us making sure we didn't experience much delay. All I have to say is she went above and beyond what we expected with this sale we can't thank her enough.
