My wife and I really enjoyed working with Diana. She was very knowledgeable and gave us very good advice. We let her know how much we were pre-qualified for and the price range we were looking for. She was not a pushy realtor and did not try to push us towards homes that would test the limits of our budget. She was always prompt in her replies, were it a phone call, text message, or email. It was always prompt and courteous. As first time home buyers there was a lot about the process that we didn't know. Diana took the time to help explain any part of the process where we were confused or didn't fully understand. If I had any questions about the paperwork we were signing and filling out, again she was always ready to help. Diana was always very prompt to submit the paperwork for any offers we would put in. We never once missed the opportunity to place an offer. With her help, we were able to find and purchase a wonderful home. We are extremely grateful and very happy with our home. We will definitely be recommending her to any of our friends and family that may want to purchase a home in the future. Diana truly wants the best for you and your family. She warm, friendly, kind, and sincere. We spent many weekends in this crazy market viewing houses. It's good to have nice company when undertaking this process.
