Tatiana and Diana were the best realtors I have ever used. Tatiana took us on a least 4 different weekends to look at prospective houses and when we found the one we wanted she helped us through the process of purchasing the home from a difficult seller. She was with us at the home appraisal, helped our niece perform the walk through (since we were unable to be present) and came over the day we moved in with a card, wine and pizza. Also the ability to get a quick response to calls or texts was so satisfying. It was comforting to know that when I had questions or wanted a status she was always just a phone call or text away. Incredibly above and beyond. Tatiana also recommended a very good loan person that was equally responsive to our needs and got us through the roller coaster of the market due to the Covid-19 issue. My wife and I are planning on purchasing another home in the area and there is a 100% chance we will be using Tatiana and Diana. Really the best experience and customer service I've ever had

Rojas Real Estate was super efficient with everything they did! The sale of our house had some challenges because I live out of state. After meeting with them and going through the process, I fully trusted them, COMPLETELY! They always had our best interest in mind and were willing to help with anything and everything at every turn. We needed some work to be done on the house after the inspections and they provided contractors that were very affordable and HONEST! You can not go wrong with the TEAM as your agents! This duo definitely navigated flawlessly through my last minute requests and plan changes. They were with us well before we were ready (almost 2 years) and still remained 100% professional. They either had the answers I needed or were able to get the answers right away. Day or night, they were there. This is what the experience should be like. They were great!
