Didn’t matter the day or time when I saw a house it was always let’s go now. It wasn’t an easy task to find a home for me. We looked at ALOT! About 75 over a years time. She’s very astute at seeing things I didn’t. Good and bad. When we walked into my house we both knew immediately this was the one for me. I was excited to close quickly as I had already been underwritten just needed the house . She set the inspection and met the inspector and me at the house. No issues good to go. However… As things go it doesn’t always go smoothly. This was the case for me. The appraiser came and made several major requests for things to be done to the home in order to be able to close FHA. Diana contacted the other realtor and it was quickly established she was unwilling to help get things done. Diana didn’t give up. She kept coming up with ideas and suggestions. Finally they agreed. The changes were made. Than the appraiser again became an issue. Again Diana went at it and got him to come around and agree we were good. I was able to close on my home for Christmas! Diana is patient with her clients, is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs, the dos and don’t of selling and buying. She doesn’t throw the towel in when it gets tough. She puts business 1st, even to the point of changing her personal plans to make it work. This wasn’t just because we are friends. This is the way with everyone. I have recommended her to my son (2 years and over 150 houses shown), some of his friends and some of mine. Everyone got the same top notch attention. Keeping me in the loop every step of the way. I’m so at peace in my home and I wouldn’t be here without Diana. So if you’re looking for something to have your back and find you a home or sell yours she is your person.
