Having the right people that's willing to work for you and your needs. The day I felt I was ready to purchase a new home. I started making calls on national lenders for a pre-approval for a home loan. It didn't take long before I was approved for what I was asking. I then starting to shop around for my agent. Diana Register was the first person that came into mind. With her knowledge and experience, I took a chance. I had a home picked and started to pursue, my dreams of buying my first home a single father. We met at a home I was interested. As she was showing me the home. She was also asking questions, if I had a lender and what the lenders name. I was happy to provide that information. She suggested, I should either use my bank that was USAA or Navy Federal CU or a local lender. So, I asked for her opinion on what direction I should take and why. Yes, other agents have the same type of knowledge. But, what Diana have... is the initiative to help at the last minute where it counts. The bank needed information about my rental history and I was having hardtime with my landlord. My calls, text and emails was been ignored. Diana, stepped up and help me reaching out to that person. Without getting into detail. She was able to reach out and wrote a legal proposal for my landlord to review and sign that the bank will accept. It came down to the wire and I was able to get my loan approved and close ontime. She's an amazing woman and realtor agent. And she does look out for you best interests
