Diana provided regular updates on the progress of the sale - even made sure things were good post closing. She was exceptionally responsive. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Diana really treated the situation like she was the one purchasing the property – she will really look out for you and have your best interests in mind. I couldn’t imagine anyone else doing what Ms. McGlone did for me. I live on the west coast and she took care of everything for me, including needed upgrades to the house (done by Sweet Arrow Renovations). Diana is the real deal!!
