First of all, I’ve known Diana and her husband Angel since we were in Elementary school but that is not the reason why I’m giving her a great review. One day back in early 2020, my Mother and I just decided to look at model houses in Tracy. We were just casually touring on our own inside this model house without a booked schedule then suddenly Diana opened the front door politely asking us if we’re done with our tour. At that moment I realized that we know each other and that’s how it started. She showed us a few more communities in the area after that. She was a real professional all through out the process. We definitely felt how she was always wanting to prioritize our best-interests. No questions were left unanswered even the usual frantic ones for first-time homeowners like us. She was just very patient with us and never pushy. That unexpected encounter really felt like God’s intervention. Like what my wife would always say, Diana really is Heaven-sent to us! Diana was very professional to work with. Anytime I had a question, she always responded at a timely matter. She knew every floor plan of each house we toured, as if she studied before meeting with us. She always took down notes of what we liked/disliked about a home. She coordinated every house-tour so that we didn’t have to. She is super humble and her desire to help you find your dream home is so genuine. She doesn’t treat you like another client, she treats you like a new found friend.

My overall experience in working with Diana was an absolute breeze and an enjoyable one from start to finish. Every time I had a question about anything, she always had an answer and if she didn’t know the answer right away (which wasn’t very often), she made sure to ask the right people to ensure my family and I would receive the correct answer. She handled every obstacle with professionalism, efficiency, and always reassured me with solid facts on how our goal of buying our very first home would be achieved.
