Diana Marcus

This was the second time we hired Diana as our Realtor. She did an exceptional job of analyzing market data to guide us on setting a competitive asking price. She also went through our home very thoughtfully and advised us on what needed to be touched up, cleaned up or removed, in order to get our home ready to show. I was particularly impressed by her marketing materials and her oversight of photography, which made the MLS listing spot on and really helped drive traffic. We believe all her hard work up front is why we had multiple offers within two weeks. During negotiations she offered sound, rational advice. Diana is a hard working Realtor and a pleasure to work with.

If I could give Diana 10 stars, I would. As a first time home buyer she made the entire process painless and fun! Whenever I had questions she was quick to get me answers and she was very helpful in recommending attorneys, inspectors, etc. BEST REALTOR IN TOWN!
