I was in a rush to find a new home and as a first time buyer i didn’t have much knowledge. i had to move as my current landlord was in the process of selling and informed me about 2 months left on my lease. I received Diana’s info from a friend and he had told me that she had done a wonderful job for him. So immediately I contacted her. I can’t stress to you how Diana went straight to work. She started sending me potential homes for my children and me. She was very professional and it almost seemed like she was always working. I accidentally text her at 4:30am which is when my day starts and she was prompt in responding. My hours are not like that of others, I typically work a 14 hour day, so it is hard to make it to businesses while they are still open. Diana understood this as she has a wonderful family of her own and not to mention 2 kids, she still made herself available. Her knowledge of the area was a huge help as well. She was able to give me information on each of the local areas in order for me to make an educated decision. Even after finding a home to purchase she negotiated a lower price for my family and I. Diana also helped with all the paperwork to ensure that I was getting exactly what I had agreed to in the contract.
