Horrible, absolutely horrible at responding. My husband and I have contacted her multiple times via email, texting and calling and NEVER got a response. I feel bad for those that are trusting her to sell or lease their house because I'm sure she gets a lot of inquiries and never responds so the house never sells or leases. We were contacting Diana to set up a time to view a condo that is for lease, but that never happened due to her not responding back.
